Return Process

1. Eligibility Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.

2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Authorization: Before sending the item back, please contact us at spartanempiredesign@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include in your message the reason for the return and the original order number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

4. Shipping: Once you have your RMA number, pack the item securely and include any forms we have provided. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds: After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund if the item meets our return criteria. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Custom items cannot be returned, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at spartanempiredesign@gmail.com for instructions.
